A renowned British pastry chef and founder of the Claire Clark Academy. Honoured for her contributions to fine patisserie, she is celebrated for her innovative techniques and leadership in the culinary world.

A professional pastry chef from Canada and has studied culinary arts, baking, pastry and Boulangerie. In 2017 she became development pastry chef for Dominique Ansel Bakery London. In 2020 Kimberly created Floozie Cookies, a delicious vegan stuffed cookie concept.
