With over 20 years of experience in pastry, bakery, and chocolate, Chef Marouk brings expertise from artisanal, industrial, and hospitality fields. An alumnus of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute, he now leads programs at the ABA Academy of Baking Arts, mentoring aspiring chefs through practical, industry-focused training that blends technical skill with creativity.

Catherine Zhang is an Australian Chinese pastry chef and creator based between Sydney and Los Angeles. Winner of Zumbo’s Just Desserts on Netflix, she’s known for her artistic desserts, creative storytelling, and unique blend of food, art, and media through her venture Tu Cha.

Chef Christiane Trilck, trained in Germany and specialised in pastry, has worked internationally with top hotels like The Grove Watford, Madinat Jumeirah Dubai, and Grand Hyatt Berlin. With over 30 years’ experience across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Africa, she has earned accolades including the UK's Chocolate Idol. Now Associate Director at Richemont Masterbaker, she leads training, R&D, and consultancy.

Nadia Parekh, born in the UAE, discovered her love for cooking while studying Clinical Psychology at McGill University. After earning her Grand Diploma in Cuisine and Pastry from Le Cordon Bleu London in 2011, she worked in top kitchens globally before founding Mélange in 2015. Specializing in gourmet desserts and bespoke cakes, Nadia personally develops each recipe, and Mélange, now available online, has become a local favorite across UAE.
