FAQ'S & TICKET INFORMATION

1. Ticketing

Tickets are only valid for 1 day.

Ticketing information will be announced soon.

Doors open at 12:00.
Visitors aged 5 and under*, as well as People of Determination, will have free access to the event. All other visitors must have a ticket to access the venue.
Children aged 12 and under must be in the company of an adult aged 21 or older.
No refunds or exchanges once tickets are purchased.
Admission is strictly valid only for the day on which it was purchased.
No professional photography or videography is permitted.
Bicycles / skateboards / skates / scooters/ trolleys are not allowed inside the ticketed area.
While Expo City Dubai is pet-friendly, pets are not allowed inside the ticketed area. Only service animals will be granted access to the ticketed area.
The visitor is required to comply with all policies, instructions, guidelines, and regulations set forth by Expo City Dubai.
Please note that entry to Festival of Cake is valid only on the same day as the ticket purchased.

* If requested, visitors aged 12 and under must provide identification for eligibility of the free access.
