Promoter

These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Competition T&Cs”) set out the terms and conditions that apply to the “Guess the Gumballs” competition (the “Competition”) organised by TGP International (the “Competition Organiser”), which are final and binding in all respects. 

Eligibility 
The Competition is open to individuals aged 21 years or older who are UAE residents at the time of entry. A valid Emirates ID may be requested as proof of residence to verify the identity of the participant at any time. 

The Competition is not open to employees of Festival of Cake, TGP International DMCC (the Competition Organiser), their immediate family members, or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries or licensees. 

Eligible Individuals that provide a submission to the Competition in accordance with the requirements stated below are hereafter referred to as “Participant(s)” 

How to Enter 
To enter the Guess the Gumballs Competition, participants must: 
a) Scan the official QR code located at the competition area. 
b) Enter their full name, email address and contact details. 
c) Submit their guess for the total number of gumballs across all machines. 
Only one entry per person will be accepted. 

Competition Period 
The competition opens at 16:00 GST on 30 November 2025 and closes at 23:59 GST on 2 December 2025. Entries submitted after this time will not be counted. 

Winner Selection 
All correct answers will be entered into a prize draw. 
If no correct answers are submitted, the closest correct guess will be selected as the winner. 
The winner will be chosen at random by the Festival of Cake team and contacted by email within seven days of the competition closing. 

Prize 
The prize bundle is valued at up to AED 5,000 and includes items selected by Festival of Cake. 
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives. 

Verification 
The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants. 
The promoter may request proof of identity to confirm a winning entry. 

Data Protection 
By entering the competition, participants agree that their personal data may be used for the purpose of administering the competition and for receiving marketing communications from Festival of Cake. Participants may unsubscribe at any time. 

General Conditions 
The promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend or suspend the competition where necessary. 
The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical issues. 
Participation in the competition constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

Entry Conditions and Release 

By entering the Competition, Participants agree to comply with these Rules. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Competition Organiser, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind arising from their participation, submission, or use of the prize. 

Participants consent to the Competition Organiser using their name, likeness, and any content submitted for promotional purposes related to the Festival of Cake. 

 General Conditions 

The Competition Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or to submit false information will result in disqualification. 

All Entries must comply with UAE laws and respect local culture. 

The applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai shall govern the Competition. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
