These Competition Terms and Conditions (“Competition T&Cs”) set out the terms and conditions that apply to the “Win Festival of Cake Tickets” competition (the “Competition”) organised by TGP International (the “Competition Organiser”), which are final and binding in all respects.

Eligibility

The Competition is open to individuals aged 21 years or older who are UAE residents at the time of entry. A valid Emirates ID may be requested as proof of residence to verify the identity of the participant at any time.

The Competition is not open to employees of Festival of Cake, TGP International DMCC (the Competition Organiser), their immediate family members, or any of their affiliates, subsidiaries or licensees.

Eligible Individuals that provide a submission to the Competition in accordance with the requirements stated below are hereafter referred to as “Participant(s)”.

Start date

This Competition will start at 12:00pm (UAE time) on November 1st, 2025.

Closing date

The closing date for this Competition will be November 20th, 2025 at 11:59pm (UAE time) (the “Competition Period”). The Competition Organiser reserves the right to amend the dates and times of the Competition Period without notice.

Submission Requirements

An entry is made to the Competition for free (an “Entry” and “Entries”) in the following way:

• Entrants must tag another Instagram user on the required post on the Festival of Cake account.
• Entrants must also be following @festival_of_cake

Any information or content uploaded must not:

• be unlawful or promote any unlawful activity;
• contain anything intended to defame or malign any person or organisation;
• contain any viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, corrupted files, or other harmful material;
• infringe any rights of the Competition Organiser or any third party;
• impersonate any person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or give the impression that it emanates from the Competition Organiser, if this is not the case;
• be obscene, offensive, hateful, or inflammatory;
• harass, upset, embarrass, alarm, or annoy any other person;
• breach these Rules; or
• contain advertising or promotional materials, except in relation to the Competition.

Each Participant is limited to one entry. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Submission Rights

Any applicable intellectual property rights to a submission remain with the Participant.

By entering the Competition, each Participant grants Festival of Cake a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, and publish their submission (including any photos or videos) for promotional purposes connected with the Festival of Cake.

The Competition Organiser does not accept responsibility for any submissions that are incomplete, delayed, corrupted, incomplete, or that do not follow these Rules.

Selection of Winners & Prizes

• A winner will be chosen at random by the TGP International, Competition Organiser in the presence of a member of the Festival of Cake marketing team using an online randomiser tool.
• A winner will be chosen with 24 hours of the competition ending.
• Two (2) entry tickets to Festival of Cake, valid for any one (1) day of the Participant’s choosing between 28th November – 2nd December 2025.
• The winner will be contacted directly by the Festival of Cake team within five (5) business days via direct message or email using the details provided with the Entry.
• The winner must acknowledge acceptance of the prize within 12 hours of being contacted and provide their details. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize.
• Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• NOTE: There will only be one winner.
• Winner will be chosen randomly.

Entry Conditions and Release

By entering the Competition, Participants agree to comply with these Rules. Participants agree to release and hold harmless the Competition Organiser, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or damages of any kind arising from their participation, submission, or use of the prize.

Participants consent to the Competition Organiser using their name, likeness, and any content submitted for promotional purposes related to the Festival of Cake.

General Conditions

The Competition Organiser reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or to submit false information will result in disqualification.

All Entries must comply with UAE laws and respect local culture.

The applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai shall govern the Competition. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
